My rates are non-negotiable and are EXPECTED AT THE START OF THE DATE.
Once you enter, please place envelop on windowsill next to the door.
After that, you will enter the restroom and wash-up with provided materials.

Cancellations
Those who cancel appointments prior to the appropriate time will be subject to cancellation fees. Please make sure the date and time you choose is suitable in advance. I spend a lot of time and effort preparing myself and my space for your arrival, it is the very least you can do to secure a time. I understand last minute emergencies do occur, and that will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
24 Hours Before:
25% of overall fee
Same Day:
50% of overall fee
Outcall:
+$50 per hour
+$50 per 30 minutes travel time.
For example, an hour would be $400, but if the travel time was 2 hours, it would be an additional $150 added on.
In-date extension:
$400/hr
Dates of 2hrs+ require a 25% deposit to secure.
